Massey Ferguson 2823 Garden Tractor for sale in Spartanburg, South Carolina

For sale is a 2006 Massey Ferguson 2823 garden tractor in very good condition with ~180 hrs. I am still using this mower to cut my grass, so the hours are subject to increase by ~1 hr/wk until sold. The MF 2823 is a premium garden tractor with power steering, hydraulic lift, differential lock, powered by an air cooled 23 hp Kohler Command v-twin, and is equipped with a heavy duty 54" mower deck. The mower deck has a full-width rear roller to provide an even cut, and it will lay down nice stripes if you're into striping your lawn when you mow.
I bought this mower new in March 2007 and have used it to maintain my 1 acre lot. Aside from mowing, I have used this mower to pull an aerator a few times, and to spread fertilizer and lime in the spring. I would estimate less than 10% of the hours come from doing drawbar work. The mower has done NO heavy pulling or ground engaging work. I wash and wax this machine each winter, and blow it off with the leaf blower each time I mow. I did not wash it or otherwise clean it up before taking these pictures; it is in its "as used" state after having the grass clippings blown off.
